No pets allowed. For reasons of hygiene and safety, pets are not permitted on the premises.
No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Please use designated outdoor spaces where permitted.
Quiet hours: 23:00–07:00. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please respect quiet hours, especially in outdoor spaces.
Maximum occupancy. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Additional visitors require prior approval.
Check-in & Check-out. Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.
Cleanliness. Guests are expected to keep the accommodation reasonably tidy and report any damages immediately.
Damage & Liability. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Use of facilities. Please use all amenities (kitchen, appliances, outdoor areas) with care and follow any posted instructions.
Environmental responsibility. As the property is located on an island, we kindly ask guests to conserve water and energy whenever possible.
Safety. For your own safety, please follow any instructions regarding the use of balconies, terraces, or outdoor areas, and do not tamper with electrical or mechanical systems.
